we are looking for Valve Solution Specialist (Experience 2 years), Preference for Bangalore.

Job Description:As a Valve Solution Specialist, you will work with customers to understand their valve requirements and provide tailored solutions using high-quality industrial valves. You will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their valve needs, applications, and challenges.

2. Solution Development: Design and propose customized valve solutions that meet customer requirements.

3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on valve products, technologies, and industry trends.

4. Sales Growth: Drive sales revenue by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.

5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

6. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to customers and internal teams.

7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial valves, actuators, and control systems.

2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as oil & gas, chemical, power, water treatment.

3. Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, negotiation, and closing skills.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them.

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.

Min:Experience required: 2 Years
